Here is a set of potholders that I made for a friend of mine .On the top you can see the original one that he gave me which, after years of use had come apart on the bottom. You can see the one that I re-created using the pattern of the original. It's three levels of crochet so I had to create the pattern three different times and then sew them together around the edges to connect them. It's a very simple pattern that is very beautiful.
