Craft Fair Pictures

Here are the pictures of my table set-up at the craft fair this past weekend. Even though I only sold about 5 small items, I have sent in an application to do another craft fair next weekend. I should have took a picture of my helper as she was awesome and I couldn't have done it without her.

You can barely see my banner hanging over head in this picture. I later moved it to the table as people were hitting their heads on it. You can see here that this is what I used the suitcase for although after I got it up there I didn't like the look of it so I didn't use it on Saturday. But don't worry I will find another use for the suitcase or a way to incorporate it in my display. Here are a few close ups.

If anyone has any suggestions on something I should do different with my display to increase my sales please don't hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below. Thanks for reading and have a blessed day!

  1. OH how wonderful, a fellow crafter!! I make both jewelry and greeting cards (and bookmarks) and have done many assorted shows indoors and out. I just did one this past Saturday, sold quite a few pairs of earrings, but was very surprised that not one card or bookmark sold. I thought they would be the thing to go since Mother's Day is coming up. You never know how fairs will go.
I love the suitcase, I'm sure you'll find just what you want to do with it eventually. I have thought about looking for one but have so many other things on my displays to deal with that I can't fit it in right now. But they are very cool!
    Enjoy your day.

  2. I love the way your table looked :o)

I never have much luck at craft fairs at all, so I think you did well compared to over here at the moment :o)

How about some pretty crochet bunting around the table cover at the front?
It all helps to draw people over :o)

Have a lovely weekend Tina, and good on you for booking another one :o)

  3. a lighter color table cloth. In the reading I've done over the years for selling produce at the farmers market it was often suggested that yellow was an eye catcher.

Also go down to one of the bedding stores and get some bed risers. They aren't real expensive and it brings the height of your table up about 6-8". Think of displays at stores and everything is waist high and higher.

Good use of things to raise up some of the disply!!
